- This Box Set is a Limited Edition set. CD's packaged in cloth booklet, with a sixty page cloth bound booklet,
and the set is cloth bound slipcased
- "Can't Come Down" and "Caution (Do Not Stop On Tracks)" are studio recordings from the Autumn
Sessions on 11/03/65. These two songs were later released, along with the whole sessions on Birth Of The Dead, 2001
- "Believe It Or Not" and "Gentlemen, Start Your Engines" are studio outtakes from
Built To Last, 1988
- "Jam into Days Between" is a studio session from 2/9/93. "Whiskey in the Jar" is a studio
session from 2/26/93. "Lazy River Road", "Eternity" and "Days Between" were studio sessions from
2/18/93. These are the last known studio recordings by the Grateful Dead
- All other songs from this compilation are live songs
- "That's It For The Other One" from Fillmore West, San Francisco, 2/27/69 was later released on
Fillmore West 1969: The Complete Recordings, 2005
- "Scarlet Begonias->Fire On The Mountain" from Copps Coliseum, Ontario, Canada, 3/22/90, "Jam Out Of Terrapin"
from Richfield, OH, 9/8/90, and "Terrapin Station" from Madison Square Garden, NYC, 9/12/91 were all songs
taken from concerts that I attended.
