Notes
- "The Green Mile" was published in 1996, as a serialized novel in six parts, as mass market paperbacks. In 1997
the first omnibus was released, containing all six novellas, by Plume. An Omnibus by Scribner in 2000 was the first Hardcover Edition
- The Limited and Gift Editions by Subterranean Press included the names of customers who pre-ordered the book in a section at the end of the sixth book,
called "Those Who Walked The Mile." my name is included in this list
- There were 148 Limited Editions, 52 Lettered Editions, and 2,000 Gift Editions published by Subterranean Press
- I received the Mark Geyer remarque on the Gift Edition through The Overlook Connection
